This is a great beer commercial from the Brahma Beer of Brazil. It was voted beer commercial of the year last year.

This Bud Light Night at the Opera video has been out for a while, but I think it is still one of the best beer commercials I have seen recently.

Guiness Beer Commercial

This is a really cool beer commercial from Guinness.

It amazes me how admen (and ladies) come up with the ideas for these fantastic ads- maybe drinking a large amount of Guinness gives you have a vivid imagination.
Oh No- forget that, I HAVE already tried it (I have a short memory), and large amounts of Guinness simply gives you a vivid feeling of nausea. Definately a case of 'less is more'.

Funny Beer Commercials- It's a Big One!

Breweries have a lot on their plates these days- not only do they have to brew the best tasting beer at the best price, they also have to come up with a really cool ad, to compete with all the other really cool and funny beer commercials.

This is one of my favourites, for Carlton Draught, an Aussie lager brewed by Carlton & United Beverages (formerly Carlton & United Breweries) an Australian brewing company based in Melbourne, Victoria. It is now a wholly owned subsidiary of the Foster's Group.

The advertisement was released online two weeks before it was first shown on television. Just 24 hours after release, the Big Ad had been downloaded 162,000 times!

However, although the Big Ad was a very sucessful ad, sales of Carlton Draught fell, as did other Aussie beers around that time.

The ad was filmed in Queensland, and the cast consisted of around 300 locals. The vast crowd effect was achieved with Massive Software, a tool often used to enhance crowd scenes in the film industry.
