Bar Pub Chat- 25 years of bar experiences- some good, some bad and some quite unbelievable

I decided to create BarPubChat.com after working in the bar trade for over 25 years. I began at the age of 16, working as a bar waitress in a pub in Lloret de Mar in the North of Spain. I had some fun experiences over the years working temp bar jobs in London bars and also in my home town of Brighton, a tourist hot spot in the South of England.

After a few years and a variety of bartending jobs, I became a bar manageress, then a bar owner. I finally quit the trade a few years ago after becoming sick of my customers, so now I spend more time on the other side of the jump, but am thinking of dabbling again, as there are so many aspects I miss.
In this blog I will be discussing bars I have visited, bars I have worked in, bar characters I have met,bar jobs, also subjects such as bar furniture best tactics for dealing with awkward customers, great drink recipes, and a multitude of other bar and pub subjects.
